Shipping Information

We ship all products internationally & locally. We ship our product using JNE & Indonesian Post for international orders. All shipping costs are automatically calculated when you are making a purchase. After you’ve made your purchase & confirm to our admin, a tracking number will be sent to you by our admin. To track your order, you can contact our customer service during business days from 10 AM until 5 PM.

Slow response should be expected outside of working hours. Suedeson will not be responsible for any fees charged by tax authorities, and if customers are not willing to pay for any custom fees, the shipping fee for return must be paid by customer. Shipping are made on business days, as no shipments will be made on weekends and/or public holidays.
